Figuring out your food priorities.

Have you ever felt that you have a million things to do and can’t choose which to move forward with?

That has been me lately, but I’ve kept it pretty much under control. I’ve also felt like this not just with life, but with food. I’ve felt that I’ve had many opportunities to skip meals, or to eat out at a restaurant.

That’s where your priorities come in. Staying on track with your diet will not only help you stay full and fueled, but will help you to preform at your best.

I want to challenge you to discover your priorities. What is really important to you? Is dieting really what you want? If you’re out at a restaurant, is choosing green beans over fries really going to make you happy? Do you want to have a stocked fridge with healthy options? I hope the answer is yes. Let’s make thinking beyond average a priority. Sometimes I too need the extra nudge in my life to remember to stick to the things that truly matter. Once we make healthy options a priority, we can then make better decisions.
